I don't have a problem with the image, but I find the wording quite offensive, and I wonder whether it will really achieve anything.

Of course you need to teach children as early as possible that they can get killed on the roads, along with all the other dangers, but aren't parents already doing this? And if they're not, will a poster make any difference?

If it makes one parent speak to their child and that child be a little more careful or one Adult watch the road more closely, then it is an add well created.
